Monthly Subscription
If you cancel within 5 days of your order, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel after 5 days, your payment is non-refundable and your subscription will continue until the end of that month’s billing period.
Prepaid Subscriptions
If you cancel within 5 days of your order, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel after 5 days, your payment is non-refundable and your service will continue until the end of your contracted term.

The refund only applies for 5 days after the original purchase, not for subsequent renewals.
